NCLEX Pass Guarantee

We guarantee that a student's first NCLEX® attempt will be successful if the student has completed either the NCLEX Rus Live, NCLEX Rus N-Stream, NCLEX Rus Now (online only), or Online Classroom review in its entirety* prior to test date and attempts the NCLEX® within 3 months of graduation from a U.S. or Canadian accredited school of nursing.

If a Student is Unsuccessful

If a student is unsuccessful, NCLEX Rus will provide the choice of either:

1. Our one-time 45-day remediation course which must be completed within 9 months of a student's graduation date. -OR-
2. A full refund. To receive a refund, the student must:
   • Notify NCLEX Rus within 2 weeks of receiving NCLEX® failure notice and promptly return all materials, including the student workbook or printed pages for online students
   • Provide postmarked envelope of NCLEX® failure notice & candidate performance report (copy or actual)

Definition of "Its Entirety"

"Its entirety" is defined as follows:

For the NCLEX Rus Live or NCLEX Rus N-Stream Review:

• Completion of all Specialty Area Online Lectures
• Completion of the available 4 Readiness exams

For the NCLEX Rus Now (online) or Online Classroom:

• Completion of all Online Lectures
• Completion of the available 4 Readiness exams

For NCLEX Rus Now Plus or Online Classroom Plus Elevate students, entirety includes all of the above plus all the videos and quizzes in the elevate modules.

Terms and Conditions

This guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Student must complete the chosen program in its entirety as defined above
• Student must attempt the NCLEX® within 3 months of graduation from an accredited nursing school
• Student must be graduating from a U.S. or Canadian accredited school of nursing
• Refund requests must be submitted within the specified timeframe with all required documentation
• This guarantee applies only to first-time NCLEX® test takers who have completed our program
